Yes! Pilates Sculpt is beginner-friendly and easily modified for all fitness levels. Instructors offer options for both new clients and more advanced participants so you can move at your own pace.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a sweat towel! We provide mats and equipment.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are optional but can help with stability.
Traditional Pilates focuses more on slow, controlled movements and form, while Pilates Sculpt adds light weights, higher repetitions, and a slightly faster pace to build strength and endurance.
For best results, most clients aim for 3–5 classes per week. Consistency helps improve strength, posture, and overall muscle tone. Starting any new workout is a bit of a shock to the body, so we always recommend taking 3 classes in your first 7 days to help the body fully acclimate (if you wait a long time in between classes, it'll feel like you're starting all over again.)
Pilates Sculpt can support weight loss by building lean muscle and increasing overall activity levels. It’s most effective when combined with a balanced lifestyle.
No prior experience is needed. Our classes are designed to be accessible while still challenging, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
Most Pilates Sculpt classes are 45 minutes, giving you a full-body workout without taking up your entire day.
With consistent practice, you can expect improved core strength, better posture, increased muscle tone, enhanced flexibility, and overall body awareness.
