Our Moms & Babes classes are designed to support you through pregnancy and postpartum—because this season deserves movement that feels safe, supportive, and realistic.

This is a welcoming space where you can bring your baby, move your body, and take time for yourself without the stress of finding childcare. Our low-impact Pilates Sculpt classes focus on core strength, stability, posture, and reconnecting to your body in a way that’s safe for both prenatal and postpartum clients.

This class is best suited for babes who are not yet crawling, so you can stay present and get the most out of your workout. Once little ones become more mobile, it can be harder to focus. But until then, this is such a special window to move together.

And truly—there’s no pressure to “power through.” If your baby needs you, you’re always welcome to pause, set your equipment down, tend to them, and jump right back into class when you’re ready. That flexibility is built into the experience.

More than just a workout, this class is about connection- rebuilding strength, restoring confidence, and sharing space with your baby while being surrounded by a supportive community of moms who truly get it.
